Martin Lempert aligns quality assurance and management systems consistently with the requirements of the defence sector – delivering practical, lean and efficient solutions for standards and regulatory compliance.
Supported by extensive training in Lean Six Sigma and standards such as AQAP-2110 / -2310, EN / AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO / IEC 27001, ISO 31000 and ISO 37301, as well as many years of hands-on experience in regulated industries, he possesses in-depth expertise in conformity matters within defence technology, supply chain management, configuration and change management.
Before founding CONSILIO ET OPERA GMBH, he held senior positions in the medical technology, in-vitro diagnostics and life sciences sectors. Today, he successfully manages assignments as a Senior Consultant as well as a Project and Interim Manager.
